Cancellation Policy

To request a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy or our office at least two business days in advance. Your prescriptions will processed as quickly as possible.

Welcoming new patients to our practice is a pleasure. To streamline your child’s first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. Once you arrive our staff will guide you through the new patient registration process.
